2. Prepare of Small Onion finely chopped.

5. You need to prepare 2-3 teaspoon of Olive oil.
6. You need to prepare 1 teaspoon of oregano.
7. You need to prepare of Mixed herbs powder (optional).
8. You need to prepare 1/4 teaspoon of soya sauce.
9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
10. You need to prepare 1 teaspoon of sugar.
11. You need to prepare 1/2 glass of water.

Home made pasta sauce instructions

1. Take a pan heat up add olive oil once the oil is hot then add minced garlic sauté for 1 minute then add chopped onion again sauté for 3-4 minutes or golden brown.
2. Then add chopped tomatoes sauté for 5 more minutes once the tomatoes cooks mashy then add red chilly flakes, sugar, soya sauce and sauté for minute then add oregano (mixed herbs optional) and salt to taste mix everything together and add some water cover the lid and and cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Sauce is ready.
4. Once the sauce is done then use this sauce to make pasta/spaghetti.
