- Grind oats and flaxseed into fine powder. Mix all the dry ingredients including the oats and flaxseed powder with curd.
- After roughly mixing the dough add oil and make a smooth and soft dough..
- Cover the dough with damp cloth and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes. Post that divide the dough four equal parts. roll each part into a slightly thick to thin roti. (I prefer thin crust hence I rolled my roti slightly thin)poke the roti with the help of fork. Grease a steel plate with butter and align the roti into the same. Pre heat a big kadai putting salt at the bottom and keeping a stand above it. Place the steel plate over it cover with lid and let the base bake for 10 to 12 mins.
