 - Prepare 1 can of Petite diced tomatoes (w/onion, garlic & peppers is best).
 - Prepare 1 bunch of Kale.
 - You need to prepare 2 tbsp of Olive oil.
 - Prepare 1 clove of Chopped garlic.

- Slice sausage links into bite - size pieces.
 - Add 1 rasp olive oil to skillet on medium-high heat.
 - Cook sausage in skillet until no longer pink in middle.
 - Remove cooked sausage from skillet & drain, to rid of excess oil.
