9. You need to prepare 6 cup of chicken broth.
10. You need to prepare 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese.
11. You need to prepare 1 cup of milk.
12. Prepare 1/2 cup of shredded Italian cheese mix or mozarella.

Creamy Tortellini Spinach Mushroom Soup with Turkey Sausage step by step

1. Melt butter in med size pot..
2. Add diced onions, mushrooms and garlic until ALMOST dry..
3. Add flour and half of white wine until all mixed together (about 3 minutes), then add rest of white wine. Cook another 3 min..
4. Add broth, turkey sausage, thyme and tortellini. Simmer until tortellini is tender (about 8-10 min)..
5. Add Parmesan. Stir for 1-2 min..
6. Add 1/2 of the milk until simmering..
7. Add spinach until wilted..
8. Add salt and pepper to taste..
9. Add shredded cheese and simmer to desired thickness..
10. Once the soups sits, it will become thickened. Add remaining milk and reheat as needed..
