Ingredients of Affogato

1. You need to prepare 4 scoops of Vanilla ice cream (2 scoops per glass).
2. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of instant coffee powder.
3. Prepare 2/3 cup of water.
4. Prepare 1 tbsp of Milk chocolate shavings.
5. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of Dark chocolate shavings.

Affogato step by step

1. Firstly we will brew the coffee. You you have coffee machine then we will brew the coffee in it. I'm doing it on stove. Add water in a saucepan and bring it to boil. Turn off the flame and add coffee powder. (You can adjust the quantity of coffee as per taste whether you want a strong flavour or mild one.) Our Espresso coffee is ready..
2. Now add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in each serving glass..
3. Add both types of chocolate shavings on the top..
4. Now pour the Espresso coffee..
5. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious dessert!!.
