  3. You need to prepare 24 oz. of jar spaghetti sauce.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of diced onions.
  5. You need to prepare 3 cloves of minced garlic.
  6. You need to prepare 1 tbs of dried basil.
  7. Prepare 2 of tabs olive oil.
  8. You need to prepare 8 oz of shredded mozzarella.
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan.

Cast iron baked spaghetti instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet and sauté onion and garlic. Add in meatballs and brown.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce and cook on low about 15-20 minutes.
  3. In a separate pan boil spaghetti noodle a couple minutes short of being done.
  4. Remove meatballs from the sauce and set aside.
  5. Scoop spaghetti noodles into the sauce and add about a half cup of starchy water. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Place meatballs on top of noodles and sauce. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 about 20 minutes.
